Experimental techniques: 1. disease models of the rat; 2. Generation of mouse models (knock-out, transgen); 3. cell culture of epithelial cells, transfection transient/ stabil; 4. all techniques of immunohistochemistry, confocal microscopy und electron microscopy; 5. RNA-isolation/ TaqMan analysis; si-RNA, 6. Biochemical methods (western blot, IP, pull down) 7. molecular biology
