The project focusses on the relevance of aminoglycoside in the combination with penicillin in killing streptococcus species. It is a translational project consisting of in-vitro parts, in-vivo parts, and an observational study in the clinic.

you work together with one or two students, a lab techician and the group leader. your job is to run the project on the bench side and to supervise the students.
Requirements
you are familiar with working with bacteria and antibiotics. Importantly, you are skilled with time-kill curves with various antibiotics.
