TA-SWISS évalue depuis 1992 les impacts de nouvelles technologies et conseille le Parlement et le Conseil fédéral de manière prospective sur des questions scientifiques et technologiques. Il procède à des études pour saisir les tendances en biomédecine, technologie de l’information et nanotechnologie et applique des méthodes de dialogue et de participation pour intégrer la population dans les débats. TA-SWISS est un centre de compétence des Académies suisses des sciences.

Centre for Technology Assessment TA-SWISS

TA-SWISS has been assessing the impact of new technologies and advising the Swiss Federal Assembly and Federal Council on scientific and technological issues since 1992. Through scientific studies, the Centre records and follows trends in the fields of biomedicine, information technology and nanotechnology; and through discussion forums and participative procedures it seeks to involve citizens in the debate. TA-SWISS is a centre for excellence of the Swiss Academies of Arts and Sciences.

Zentrum für Technologiefolgen-Abschätzung TA-SWISS

Seit 1992 schätzt TA-SWISS Auswirkungen neuer Technologien ab und berät Parlament und Bundesrat vorausschauend in Wissenschafts- und Technologiefragen. Mit wissenschaftlichen Studien werden Trends in der Biomedizin sowie in der Informations- und Nanotechnologie erfasst und mit Dialog- und Mitwirkungsverfahren Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner in die Debatten einbezogen. TA-SWISS ist ein Kompetenzzentrum der Akademien der Wissenschaften Schweiz.
