Ridgeline Discovery is currently supporting Matterhorn Biosciences, a biotech company leader in developing a new class of MR1-directed TCRs for cancer cell therapy.

Description
Support cellular immunology studies with human T cells for adoptive cancer cell therapy
Develop in vitro assays to profile antigen specificities of MR1T cells
Characterize anti-tumor mechanisms of MR1T cells
Collaborate with experts in mass-spectrometry of small molecules, biochemistry, and molecular biology
Requirements
PhD in Immunology or Life Sciences
Proven experience of at least 3 years in cellular immunology, multi-parametric flow-cytometry, studies with T cell clones
Experience in Pharma, Biotech or equivalent is of advantage
Experience in cancer immunology is of advantage
Ability to work independently and to participate in cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, and organize and prioritize work
Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across a variety of audiences including team members and cross-functional project teams
