Gian Luzi Niederhauser wins orchestra position

On June 17, 2024, the Bachelor graduate of the Lucerne School of Music won a position as assistant principal double bass with the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra, which he will take up in September. The young musician achieved this extraordinary success in a highly competitive international environment immediately after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Music in the Jazz Instrumental profile. As part of his studies, Gian Luzi Niederhauser took a double major in jazz electric bass / classical double bass.
