The Food Research & Innovation Center (FRIC) has started its activities ! Join us on 2 October for the inauguration event, which will take place at the University of Fribourg.
The event will start at around 2pm for an afternoon dedicated to the science of food.
The program is currently being finalized and will feature several renowned speakers on topics such as the science of coffee, the influence of our food on our mood and well-being, and much more. You will also find out about the Food Center’s activities; the research being carried out and what is planned for the next stages.

The official part (by invitation only) will start at around 5pm, with representatives from the academic, economic, and political spheres, and will be followed by an aperitif to celebrate this important milestone.
