Description

  • Teaching - Support for labs and seminars of the courses offered by the institute (profile: computer science, mathematics/econometrics); projects supervising, assignments evaluation, updating course ressources, exam preparation.
  • Research - The candidate is committed to achieve a PhD thesis in one of the institute’s fields of competence: data science (data mining, machine learning), knowledge representation (ontologies), information systems.

Requirements

  • Academic qualifications: Master degree (obtained within the last five years) in one of the following domains: Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research; or an equivalent title.
  • Successful candidates are expected to manifest a proven interest for research, strong analytical skills, capacity to work independently or as a team member, good scientific writing skills, good knowledge (understanding, communication and writing) of French (compulsory) and English.
