As a section leader you will also join the Euresearch Management Board (MB). As a member of the MB you will
The workload related to the section lead and the work for the Management Board is approximately 40%. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also act as an NCP (25-35%). Expertise and research experience in thematic domain of IT technologies, engineering or similar are an advantage. Experience in the private sector is a plus. | |
RequirementsTo be a suitable candidate, you are a pro-active leader with strong social and communicative skills as well as a certain experience in managing a team of 6 – 8 people. You are familiar with the implications of the HE programmes, in particular with collaborative projects. You think conceptually, are interested in organisational and strategic planning, and not afraid of making or implementing tough decisions. Project and business management experience are an asset. For your NCP activities, we expect a PhD and a sound knowledge of the Swiss research landscape. | |
