Bioinformatics Analyst at NEXUS

80%-100%, Basel, permanentWe are recruiting a Bioinformatics Analyst for the Clinical Bioinformatics Unit in Basel, to commence immediately or by mutual agreement.
The ETH Zurich core facility NEXUS Personalized Health Technologies enables discovery and translational research for personalized health. It has two units, the Theragnostics Discovery Unit which enables high-throughput lab automation, and the Clinical Bioinformatics Unit, where we apply expertise in bioinformatics and statistics to the advancement of biomedical research and clinical applications.

The projects are typically in a biomedical research or clinical diagnostics setting, and their scope can be very wide, ranging from basic NGS analyses to clinical reporting. In that respect, NEXUS collaborates with various academic institutions and hospitals.
