Time series analysis on unevenly spaced time series

We are looking for a data science background students to develop a framework that we can reuse to analyze unevenly spaced time series data from monitoring patients. We need the framework to be able to cluster patients, compare individual to clusters, detect trending, and other exploratory analysis.

Required skills

• Python, SQL (SQLAlchemy)
• Time series analysis knowledge and experience

Recommended skills

• Good understanding in English (because we will be mostly dealing with linguistic and acoustic datasets in English)
