Your mission :
An on-site, postdoc position is available at EPFL (Lausanne, Switzerland) in the group of Prof. Martin Hairer.

Main duties and responsibilities include :
You will be collaborating on research projects in or around the general areas of singular stochastic PDEs / stochastic homogenisation / stochastic quantisation.
The precise research topic(s) will be discussed with the successful candidate depending on their background and affinities.
There will also be plenty of scope for the researcher to follow their own research interests.
Candidates will be expected to actively contribute to all departmental activities.

Your profile :
A formal requirement for the position is a PhD in mathematics, A background in probability theory / stochastic analysis / PDE theory would be extremely beneficial, Proficiency in English is required.
