The paper "Clearing the Clouds: A Study of Emerging Scale-Out Workloads on Modern Hardware," by M. Ferdman, A. Adileh, Y. Kocberber, S.Volos, M. Alisafaee, D. Jevdjic, I. Kaynak, G. Popescu, A. Ailamaki and B. Falsafi received the Best Paper Award last week at the Architectural Support for Programming Languages and Operating Systems (ASPLOS).
ASPLOS is an annual interdisciplinary computer science conference organized by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). It is one of the most selective venues in computer systems and has one of the top citation indices.
