Waiting for the Revolution: From the AI Producitivity Paradox to Future Impact - Damir Bogdan, QuantumBasel Corp., Chief Strategy & Alliances

Companies are investing millions in AI, but many leaders still struggle to demonstrate visible, durable results. Damir Bogdan explains why that gap is not a contradiction but a predictable pattern seen in every major general-purpose technology shift (electrification, PCs, internet). AI’s early value is real, but it shows up first in specific workflow and in organisations that redesign processes, decision rights, and governance - not in isolated pilots or tool rollouts. He will unpack the "AI productivity paradox", what is structurally different about AI and how labour market effects and organisational compression arrive before macro productivity statistics catch up. He will also show how quantum computing is already supporting parts of today’s AI stack, and what its longer-term potential will be.
