CONFERENCE | 21.05.2024: Climate Change Litigation

In recent times, climate lawsuits have been brought across various jurisdictions and involved a range of different actors. This conference looks at the latest cases and developments and at the legal arguments from a comparative perspective. Speakers from Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Poland, Austria and Switzerland will help identify the core issues of regional and global climate litigation. The cross-jurisdictional approach will give valuable insights into the current state of climate change law and litigation and allow a panel of Swiss speakers to address what the future holds from a Swiss perspective.
